This route is one of two limited-stop SMART routes providing service during peak/rush hours on weekdays only that service Woodward Avenue, servicing it between Grand Circus Park and Adams Road. It also services Maple Road between Adams Road and Telegraph Road, and Adams Road between Maple Road and Woodward Avenue.

History

• May 1995 - Route discontinued after Bloomfield Township opts out of SMART.
• August 1996 - Route reintroduced after Bloomfield Township opts back into SMART.
• June 18, 2018 - Service is removed from Old Woodward Avenue and from Woodward Avenue north of Adams Road.
