Weekday service runs from 5:15 AM to 8:15 PM, Saturday service from 8:15 AM to 7 PM and Sunday service from 8:45 AM to 6:45 PM.

Coming off the [[Pierce Transit route 48 'Sheridan - M St'| route 48]] from Lakewood, Westbound trips depart 10th & Commerce Transit center north on Commerce Street, west on S 9th Street, north on St Helens Avenue, west on N Tacoma Avenue, south on Division Avenue, west on N I Street, west on N 21st Street, north on N Alder Street, west on N 26th Street, south on N Pearl Street, west on 6th Avenue and south on S Mildred Street to Tacoma Community College Transit Center.

Eastbound trips depart Tacoma Community College Transit Center north on S Mildred Street, east on 6th Avenue, north on N Pearl Street, east on N 26th Street, south on N Alder Street, east on N 21st Street, east on N I Street, north on Divison Avenue, east on N Tacoma Avenue, south on St Helens, east on S 9th Street and south on Commerce Street to 10th & Commerce Transit Center, where it continues as [[Pierce Transit route 48 'Sheridan - M St'| route 48]] to Lakewood. 

Weekend trips are not interlined with route 48.

* June 9, 2013 - two Saturday and one Sunday trips eliminated
* March 12, 2017 - Routing adjusted to eliminate service on N 11th Street and N Stevens Street, more routing spent on N 26th Street and Pearl Street. 12 new weekday roundtrips added, bringing weekday midday and peak service to every 30 minutes (from hourly) and extending weekday evening service to 10 PM
* March 11, 2018 - Saturday service improved from hourly to every 45 minutes
* November 7, 2021 - Weekday service reduced to hourly (from half-hourly) due to driver shortage
* March 19, 2023 - Sunday service improved to hourly (from every 2 hours)
* March 31, 2024 - Weekday peak hour service reduced to hourly (from 30-60 minutes)
