History

- 1947: Noble J. Dick purchases the previous Clairton Bus Lines from Mon Valley Bus Company. Fourteen new GMC TDH-3610 coaches were purchased, and the Elizabeth-Large shuttle line extended to downtown Pittsburgh.
- 1948: Noble J. Dick purchased the recently closed Mon Valley Bus Company assets and local routes, and the route between Clairton and Pittsburgh. - 1950 through 1963: Pittsburgh Railways Company began abandoning various streetcar lines in the McKeesport Area, with Mon Valley Bus Company bidding on and acquiring many lines that did not enter Pittsburgh.
- 1950: Noble J. Dick acquires Westside Motor Transit Company of Charleroi, Westside was originally a subsidiary of Penn Transit, changing to City Coach ownership before being purchased by Noble J. Dick, still continuing the Westside Motor Transit branding. Some coaches were transferred to Mon Valley Bus Company.
- 1957: Mon Valley Bus Company is sold off.
- June 26, 1964: Noble J. Dick sells some assets and routes to the Port Authority of Allegheny County. The garage stayed with Noble J. Dick, to store construction equipment for his other company.
