In August 2020, NRT OnDemand was launched to give passengers in the western end of Niagara Region connections to St Catharines and Welland, as well as local service. NRT OnDemand utilizes wheelchair accessible Toyota Sienna minivans for the service. It replaces [[uLinc]] and [[Pelham Transit]] with plans to expand the OnDemand to Niagara-on-the-Lake.
