Niagara Falls Transit 2190-2192 are 2011 Orion 07.501 EPA10 buses. They were purchased together with 2193-2194 which are used for municipal service. A request for proposals was issued in 2010 for the five buses. Orion ($376,000), New Flyer ($428,000), and Nova Bus ($448,000) each submitted bids with Orion's being the lowest.[1] The buses were delivered in ghost scheme in August 2011.
