Lazzerini is an Italian manufacture of passenger seating for public transportation vehicles. The company has been producing seats since it was founded in 1967. In 1996 the company became part of the German multinational company Grammer. Following a management buyout in 2007, the Italian division of Grammer returned to the Lazzerini name.
