Route 10 operates from Queensway Exchange in downtown Kelowna via Bernard Avenue and Enterprise Way to Orchard Park Exchange, then continues east via Enterprise Way and Highway 33 to Rutland Exchange. Buses then loop through the Rutland neighbourhood to Fitzpatrick Road and Findlay Road, before returning via Rutland Road to Rutland Exchange.
