The Ithaca Railway Company, sometimes also known as Ithaca Street Railway is a past public transit provider to the City of Ithaca, NY between 1929 and 1961. The streetcar system closed June 22, 1935, then became an all-bus agency.

Looking further into the past, Ithaca began streetcar service as early as 1897. At the time, the system was the third operational rail system of its kind in New York state, and 13th in the nation.[1]

In 1961, the Ithaca Railway company was bankrupted, and was taken over by Community Transit System.
