Halifax Transit route 84 'Glendale Express' is a heavily used rush hour route that runs from downtown Halifax to Lower Sackville via the MacKay bridge and Magazine Hill. The route services Glendale Drive in Lower Sackville and terminates at the Sackville Terminal. The route 84 is identical to the route 85 between Halifax and Lower Sackville, but the route 85 travels in the opposite direction on Glendale Drive.
In 2011 the route became one of Halifax Transit's urban express routes, with limited stops in metro Halifax.
