Halifax Transit route 66 'Penhorn' provided service from Lower Sackville to Dartmouth via Bedford and the Burnside Industrial Park. In Lower Sackville, the route terminated at the Cobequid Terminal; in Dartmouth, it terminated at the end of Gaston Road, near the Penhorn Terminal. Until it was discontinued, it was the primary route used to travel between the Penhorn Terminal and Mic Mac Terminal, two popular shopping destinations.

On Saturdays and Sundays the route did not travel to Lower Sackville or Burnside, and terminated at the Highfield Terminal
