The Grumman Flxible 870 was a high floor transit bus produced in the United States. Production lasted until 1983, when Grumman sold Flxible to General Automotive Coporation, after which the 870 became the Flxible Metro.

The 870 featured contemporary angular styling with large, tinted flush-mounted passenger windows with sliding windows as an option. Aluminum side panels were attached with hidden fasteners. Developed by Rohr Industries, the 870 was one of two so-called Advanced Design Buses. It was designed to be light weight, comfortable, and accessible to the elderly and disabled. These were goals of the Urban Mass Transit Administration's Transbus research project, in which Rohr was a participant. However, the Transbus designs never entered production.
