11 Country Hills is a conventional bus route operated by Grand River Transit. This route connects both Charles Street Transit Terminal and Forest Glen Terminal with the communities of Mill Courtland Woodside Park, Southdale, Alpine, and Country Hills.

Route 11 is interlined with the following routes at the following times:

  • Route 33 during weekday rush hours at Forest Glen Plaza.
  • Route 3 during the weekday afternoon rush hour at the Charles St. Terminal as well as Forest Glen Plaza during the evening, Monday to Saturday.
  • Route 6 during Saturday days at the Charles St. Terminal.
  • Route 22 on Sundays at Forest Glen Plaza.
