Highland Hills Mall Terminal, also known as Highland Hills Transit Terminal, is a satellite terminal located at 875 Highland Road West, in the Forest Heights community of Kitchener. It is situated inside Highland Hills Mall, across from KFC. It opened in 2002 replacing the transfer point located on Queens Boulevard beside the mall.
Despite the address being on Highland Road West, the entrance and exit is actually on Fischer-Hallman Road. There is no access to the terminal on Highland Road West, mainly due to the hilly environment surrounding the area.

As part of the 2015 service changes 22 Laurentian West will be the only route serving the terminal. Routes 1 Queen-River and 2 Forest Heights can are accessible from Queen's Boulevard while 201 iXpress and 204 iXpress can be accessed from Fischer-Hallman at Highland.
