Grand River Transit 21001-21009 are LFS buses built in 2010 by Nova Bus.
These buses feature a larger tail pipe than the other LFSes, but were still not considered EPA 2010 compliant. They are also the first LFS buses to feature the faraday bell chimes, normally heard on the 22xx D40LFs and 23xx Orion VIIs.
These buses began receiving the iXpress livery in June 2011, in anticipation of increased service on the iXpress later that month.
