The ElDorado National E-Z Rider II was a medium to heavy-duty low floor bus and successor to the E-Z Rider. Changes from the first generation included an increased gross vehicle weight rating and larger tires. Two longer lengths were also introduced (32 and 35-feet).

The E-Z Rider II was available with front and/or center doors that are able to accommodate ADA-compliant wheelchair ramps. The bus was available with a number of floor plans and could accommodate up to 41 seated passengers.

In 2005, ElDorado National launched the E-Z Rider II MAX which had a redesigned front end. They continued to sell the E-Z Rider II alongside the E-Z Rider II MAX until 2007.
