Route details

The 'route 218 Beach' services the southern portion of the town of Ajax. The route primarily travels on Kings Crescent, Burcher Road and Pickering Beach Road. The route serves the neighbourhoods of Kings, Southwood, and Pickering Beach. This route services the commercial plazas located between Hunt Street and Bayly Street on Harwood Aveunue. This route can also become quite busy during some trips as this route services the Ajax High School, a popular secondary school at Burcher Road and Bayly Street. In the evenings or on Sundays this route is combined with parts of the 222 Audley South as route 218D Beach/Audley South.
