The route 102 Liverpool was Durham Region Transit (DRT) bus route serving northeast Pickering in AM and PM peak only. It was operated by Westney Division.
Route details
The route originates from Pickering GO Station and travels up Liverpool Road to Finch Avenue. It the travels south via Valley Farm Road, Fieldlight Boulevard, and Glenanna Road. After serving the Pickering Town Centre south of Kingston Road, it continues back to the GO Station via Pickering Parkway and Liverpool Road.
Off peak, the service area in the east is covered by the eastern part of the 121 Liverpool/Finch/Hwy 2, which runs midday only. The section on Liverpool Road was served by the 144 Glendale/Maple Ridge.
Evening, Sunday, and Holiday service
Service was incorporated into the route 181 Liverpool/Finch/Hwy 2/Glendale/Maple Ridge.
History
The route 102 was discontinued September 4, 2012 as part of a city-wide route re-organization. The route's eastern service area will be replaced by the southern portion of the 117 Valley Farm.
