This route used to be part of 100 (New Westminster Station to Vancouver International Airport - YVR), it was separated to 100 & 424 since Nov, 2001.  
This was an east-west route connecting Vancouver International Airport and Airport Station to connect with various bus services towards Vancouver, Richmond and beyond. Service ran daily every 7–8 minutes on weekdays and every 15 minutes on weekends/holidays.
