Trips depart from MacDonald Avenue & Albert Street coming off a 131 Hastings at Gilmore and head east on Albert, south on Gilmore Avenue, east on Hastings Street, north on Gamma Avenue, east on Empire Drive, Hythe Avenue, east on Dundas Street, north on N. Glynde Avenue, east on Cambridge Street to Cambridge & N. Grosvenor Avenue, where trips returning to Hastings & Gilmore continue east on Cambridge, south on N. - December 2006 - Commmunity Shuttle service introduced as C2 Capitol Hill/Hastings at Gilmore[1] to replace the 137 Capitol Hill/Hastings. Terminus moves from Pender at Willingdon to MacDonald at Albert as part of transition
- September 2016 - Route operations moved to Hamilton Transit Centre as part of a mass re-organization involving closure of Oakridge Transit Centre
- April 2018 - Community Shuttle branding dissolved: service renumbered to 132 with no changes in routing or frequency[2]
- April 24–May 14, 2020 - Service suspended as part of cost saving measures due to low ridership relating to the COVID-19 pandemic[3]
