Central New York Regional Transportation Authority

Centro (the Central New York Regional Transportation Authority) has operated public transportation service in the New York cities of Syracuse (Onondaga County) and Oswego (Oswego County) since 1972 and in the city of Auburn (Cayuga County) since 1973. In 2005, Centro took over operation of two transit agencies in Oneida County - the Utica Transit Authority and VIP Transportation in Rome.
