BWG Transit is the transit agency in the town of Bradford West Gwillumbury, Ontario. It is operated by Switzer-Carty Transportation.

History

Service started on May 1, 2014, with two routes: route 1, providing service along Holland Street, and route 2, which provided service within the neighbourhoods in alternating directions (2A and 2B). Service was provided Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

In 2016, service was reorganized, with the main transfer point shifted from the Bradford GO Station to the newly-opened BWG Leisure Centre. Route 2 was also simplified, operating only in the clockwise direction.

Effective January 2, 2019, service was expanded to operate between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m on weekdays, and new Saturday service between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. A second bus was added to route 2 on weekdays, with buses operating in clockwise (2A) and counter-clockwise (2B) directions.
