BC Transit 8001-8009

BC Transit 8001-8009 are New Flyer D40LF buses built in December 1991.

These buses were not equipped with air conditioning. They were originally assigned to Victoria.

Details

All buses in the Victoria fleet were given names honouring the countries participating in the 1994 Commonwealth Games. These names (ie. Spirit of Canada) were displayed on the right side of the windshield of each bus.[1]
