Airbus A340-500

The Airbus A340-500 is a widebody long-haul airliner developed by Airbus in the early 2000s. It is a variant of the Airbus A340 series, the second longest in the series, developed alongside the Airbus A340-600. With a range of 16,670 km, the -500 variant has the longest operating range of any of the A340 variants, capable of operating the distance between New York and Singapore.
