York Region Transit 591-598 is wheelchair accessible.

York Region Transit 591-598 were Overland ELF 125 bodied buses built on Ford E-450 chassis built in 2005.

This order was part of a pilot project to introduce more smaller buses into the YRT system, announced on May 25, 2005. The total order for the buses amounted to $1.7 million. 5 buses of the order were purchased for vehicle replacement while the other 3 were for expansion. Upon entering service, 591-598 retired 966, 1006, 1008, 1018 and 8902.

They were primarily used for Mobility Plus service; rarely they were used as back-up units on the Community Bus routes 520/521 Newmarket Community Bus, 522 Markham Community Bus and 589/590 Richmond Hill Community Bus.
