The Utica Transit Authority (UTA) was a previous public transportation carrier for the City of Utica, New York and its surrounding area.

UTA took over operations of the Utica Transit Commission in 1974, and operated for 31 years, before a takeover of services by Centro of Oneida, a newly created subsidiary of the Central New York Regional Transportation Authority (CNYRTA) in 2005.
