The University of Toronto Scarborough Campus bus terminal is located on Military Trail at Ellesmere Road in south-eastern Scarborough. Transit Routes from Durham Region Transit, GO Transit, and the Toronto Transit Commission serve a terminal beside the main entrance. Buses enter from Military Trail and loop around to exit.

The terminal was opened in 2011 and occupies the former space of a parking lot. Prior to opening, buses loaded and unloaded further north in front of the main entrance, with some routes staying on Military Trail.
