- Began operations in 1922 as Caddo Transfer & Warehouse Company.
- Renamed in 1923 and joined Trailways as Tri-State Trailways in 1938.
- Acquired Gibbs Bus Line and Magnolia Motor Lines in 1939.
- Merged in July 1945 into Southern Bus Lines.
