Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority 1400-1412 were 2001 Nova Bus LFS buses. They were originally Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority buses.
Signs of their original Cleveland RTA details can still be seen, as their early-2000's "Stars" livery and website URL (alongside TARTA's own website URL and phone number on the rear) can still be seen on the sides (just around the black band surrounding the passenger windows) and rear bumper, respectively.
