The Thomas Built Buses Saf-T-Liner MVP-ER was a rear-engined Type-D school bus. The commercial version was known as the Transit Liner MVP-ER and saw use in transit and shuttle applications. The MVP-ER was launched as the medium-capacity, lower-cost compliment to the Saf-T-Liner ER, which was Thomas' top-of-the-line rear-engined bus.[1] It can be distinguished from the ER by the use of twin headlights rather than quad headlights.
