Sunliner Coach, LLC., a wholly owned subsidiary of Stallion, assembles the Chinese coach bodies on the Freightliner chassis. Chassis manufacturing and assembly is located in Gaffney, South Carolina and final body assembly is located near Los Angeles, California.

In 2010, Stallion became part of TMC Group. The name was changed from Stallion Bus Industries to Stallion Bus and Transit Company when they expressed intentions to offer a Higer city bus to the North American market.
