Route Description
Route 23 serves the community of Canoe, northeast of Salmon Arm.
From the main transfer point on Lakeshore Drive at Alexander Street, buses loop via Lakeshore Drive, Shuswap Street, and Hudson Avenue, then operate east on Lakeshore Drive, south on 4th Street, east on Hudson Avenue, north on 6th Street, northeast on 8th Avenue, south on 10th Street, east on 6th Avenue, north on 16th Street, east on 11th Avenue, north on 30th Street, east on 60th Avenue, northeast on Park Hill Road, east on Canoe Beach Drive, south on 53rd Street, west on 70th Avenue, south on 50 Street, south and west on Trans Canada Highway to 30th Street and 11th Avenue, then follow the reverse routing back to Lakeshore and Alexander.
History
- January 2, 2022: Evening service added.[1]
- April 1, 2022: Route renumbered from 3 to 23 to avoid duplication of numbers with nearby systems.[2]
