Route 22 serves the eastern portion of the City of Salmon Arm. It also serves the Okanagan College campus, SASCU Recreation Centre, Shaw Centre, and Shuswap Lake General Hospital.
From the main transfer point on Lakeshore Drive at Alexander Street, buses operate west on Lakeshore Drive, south on Shuswap Street, east on Trans Canada Highway, southeast on Alexander Street, east on Okanagan Avenue, south on 30th Street to Broadview Trailer Park, north on 30th Street, west on Auto Road, south on 23rd Street, west on 8th Avenue, south on 22nd Street, west on 10th Avenue, south on 20th Street, west on 12th Avenue, southwest on 13th Avenue, south on 17th Street, west on 15th Avenue, north on 15th Street, east on Auto Road, north on 20th Street, east on 3rd Avenue, north on 23rd Street, east on Okanagan Avenue, north on 25th Street, east on 1st Avenue, north on 27th Street, west on 5th Avenue, north on 24th Street, east on 10th Avenue, south on 28th Street, east on 7th Avenue, north on 30th Street, west on 11th Avenue, south on 16th Street, west on 6th Avenue, north on 10th Street, southwest on 8th Avenue, south on 6th Street, southwest on Hudson Avenue, north on 4th Street, and west on Lakeshore Drive to Alexander Street.
