Details

  • Originally spec'd with Telma retarders on their transmissions, but were later removed due to fires.
  • Some units were assigned to contract runs, originally operated by Greyhound Peninsula Lines until 1990, Grosvenor Bus Lines until the early 2000's and finally MV Transportation.
    • Sported "9" in front of their fleet numbers while being operated by Grosvenor Bus Lines.
  • 1 unknown unit became an Emergency Medical Response bus at the San Francisco International Airport. It was used to store equipment. It was was auctioned off on 2/22/2014.

  • To the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office and became a mobile command center.[3]
  • After retirement from the San Mateo County Sheriff, it was bought by Truck Site, a truck dealer in Rio Linda, CA and listed for resale circa 2014.[4][5] It remained for sale until mid-2017, when it sold on Craigslist.
  • It was later spotted at Kelly's Driveline Shop in San Leandro, CA on 12/14/2017.[6]
  • On 7/21/2018, it was spotted at SFO Airport under ownership by WesPac Air.
