Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada 504-509 were 2002 model Neoplan USA AN460LF buses built in 2001. They were the first AN460LF model buses built. The buses were purchased when the transit system was known as Citizens Area Transit (CAT). CAT was no longer ordering standard-floor buses at the time, but Neoplan USA did not build 60 foot low floor buses. As a result, Neoplan USA made a compromise and created the AN460LF in order to fulfill CATS' low-floor bus requirement. The buses were delivered in 2002. They were assigned to the busiest Las Vegas Blvd services: 301 Strip and 113 North Las Vegas Blvd. The buses retired at the 12-year mark when frame issues arose.
