The Pittsburgh Motor Coach Company (PMCC) is a former public transit operator for Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It had operated operated as a subsidiary of the Pittsburgh Railways Company (PRC) from January 31, 1925 through to 1951, where the Pennsylvania Utilities Commission forced the PMCC and PRC to merge into one entity.
History
- January 31, 1925: The Pittsburgh Railways Company purchases the Pittsburgh Auto Transit Company and renames it as the Pittsburgh Motor Coach Company.
