Southbound trips depart 10th & Commerce Transit Center south on Commerce Street, east on S 13th Street, south on Pacific Avenue and east on S 24th Street becoming Puyallup Avenue and south on E D Street to Tacoma Dome Station. The route then continues south on E D Street becoming E McKinley Way becoming McKinley Avenue and east on 72nd Street E to 72nd Street Transit Center.

Northbound trips depart 72nd Street Transit Center west on 72nd Street E and north on McKinley Avenue becoming E McKinley Way becoming E D Street to Tacoma Dome Station.
