Packard
Packard is a former American luxury automobile manufacturer that was founded in November of 1899. The manufacturer became defunct in 1958 when it became a part of the Studebaker company, a rival manufacturer.
The last Packard cars rolled off the assembly line in 1957 and 1958, however, were badge engineered as Studebaker cars.
An attempted revival of the brand occurred in 1999, in which a Packard Twelve concept car was produced and ultimately sold off for $143,000.
