PLUMobile - Organisateur de déplacements is a non-profit trasit agency managed by Local Economic Development Agency for Côte-de-Beaupré―Île-d'Orléans, providing public and adapted transportation in the regional county municipalities of La Côte-de-Beaupré and Île-d'Orléans, east of Quebec City.
The service started in 2009 with shuttles linking La Côte-de-Beaupré (L’Ange-Gardien, Château-Richer, Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, Beaupré and Saint-Joachim) and Île d’Orléans (Saint-Pierre, Sainte-Famille, Saint-François, Saint-Jean, Saint-Laurent and Sainte-Pétronille) to downtown Quebec City. A taxibus extension also connects Saint-Ferréol-les-Neiges. The service is operated by Unitours, and was previously operated by Autobus des Monts and Groupe Autobus Auger.

Advance booking required (online reservation module), except for Express services. Boischatel local transit service is free. Note that all fares are suspended until the end of 2022

Since April 1st 2012, one can use Laissez-Passer Métropolitain (Metropolitan monthly pass), valid aboard Réseau de transport de la Capitale, Société de transport de Lévis, Transport Collectif de la Jacques-Cartier and the Québec-Lévis ferry of the Société des Traversiers du Québec.
Since July 11th 2016, monthly passes valid aboard PLUMobile vehicles are accepted aboard Train de Charlevoix and SÉPAQ Aerial Tramway.[2]

Boischatel
- PLUMobile took over RTC operations in August 2019 within city limits of Boischatel
- Operated by Tours du Vieux-Québec
- Network is made of 4 routes
- Route 1 - du Roi (service extends to L'Ange-Gardien church)
- Route 2 - du Fleuve
- Route 3 - de la Fôret
- Route 4 - de la Rivière
Service is every hour weekdays rush hours, every 2 hours off peak and on weekends.
Côte-de-Beaupré
- Operates Monday to Friday, from Mont-Sainte-Anne, Beaupré, Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, Château-Richer and L’Ange-Gardien to various destination in Beauport, Charlesbourg and downtown Québec City (3 departures per direction daily);
- Service to Saint-Ferréol-les-Neiges and Saint-Joachim by taxibus;
- Evening and weekend departures are offered on this route during Festival d'Été de Québec since 2013.
Express Desjardins
- Operates Monday to Friday, from Saint-Joachim, Mont-Sainte-Anne, Beaupré, Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, Château-Richer and L’Ange-Gardien to downtown Québec City (3 departures towards Québec City, 4 departures towards Côte-de-Beaupré);
- No reservation required, except for Saint-Ferréol-les-Neiges taxibus connection.
Île d’Orléans
- Operates Monday to Friday, from Sainte-Pétronille, Saint-Laurent, Saint-Jean, Saint-François, Sainte-Famille and Saint-Pierre to various destination in Beauport, Charlesbourg and downtown Québec City (4 departures per direction daily);
- Taxibus service is provided between stop and residential areas in some communities;
- One departure links Saint-Jean to Terminus Beauport in Québec city by taxibus;
- Service available without reservation at some stops;
- Evening and weekend departures are offered on this route during Festival d'Été de Québec since 2013.
