Route 5 Dundas is a regular Oakville Transit route.

During off-peak hours, branch 5 runs between Uptown Core Terminal and Palermo. During rush hour, branch 5A travels from Uptown Core Terminal to Sixteen Mile Drive and then returns to Uptown Core Terminal. Branch 5A was discontinued on June 26, 2015 due to low demand. The new "Home to Hub" service was introduced to replace the branch. Home to Hub is a on request transit service where customers can request a pick up from their driveway to the Uptown Core terminal. The service is only available during rush hours.
