Mountain Rides Transportation Authority provides transit service in Blaine County, Idaho. Service is focused on the towns of Bellevue, Hailey, Ketchum, and Sun Valley.

Mountain Rides was formed in 2007 through a joint powers agreement with Blaine County and the towns of Bellevue, Hailey, Ketchum, and Sun Valley. A sales tax levied by all four municipalities helps to fund the transit system, and a eight-member board of directors is responsible for overseeing operation.

Prior to 2007, public transit service in Blaine County consisted of three distinct transit systems - Ketchum-Sun Valley Public Transit Authority, Wood River Rideshare, and Blaine County's 'Peak Bus' service, which were all integrated to form Mountain Rides. In 2008, Mountain Rides took over the operations of Sun Valley Shuttle Services, which provided shuttle service to the Sun Valley Resort. [1]
