|Years of manufacture||2021 to present|
The Motor Coach Industries D45 CRT, part of MCI's next-generation D-Series, is a commuter coach available in Canada and the United States. The D45 CRT will replace MCI's previous commuter coach offering, the D4500 CT.
Two demonstrator coaches were built in early January 2021. The coach is similar to the D45 CRT LE model, but does not have the lower middle section for wheelchair entry. However, it can be equipped with a Braun or Ricon wheelchair lift similar to those on previous models.
Beginning with the 2022 model year, the D45 family of coaches will be built at the New Flyer Industries plant in Crookston, Minnesota.
