Monroe County Transit Authority is the public transportation provider for Stroudsburg and surrounding Monroe County, PA.
Transit service in Stroudsburg began operation on October 15, 1979. In 2006, MCTA was rebranded as Pocono Pony and introduced a new paint scheme.
