Timeline
- April 30, 2018 - Route 104 'Derry Express' is introduced, operating between Meadowvale Town Centre and Westwood Square. Route operates during weekday rush hour periods with 16-18 minutes frequency.
- March 23, 2020 - Route is suspended until further notice due to drop in customer demand.
- April 13, 2020 - Route resumes providing peak-period service at 40-45 minute intervals. Buses make all stops along the route.
- April 27, 2020 - Weekday midday service added, operating at 20 minutes frequency.
- May 11, 2020 - Route resumes regular service stopping only at express stops.
- September 2, 2020 - East-end looping at Westwood Mall is revised to operate via Morning Star Drive, Darcel Avenue, and Etude Drive after leaving the terminal.
- December 11, 2020 - Route is re-suspended until further notice with all service reallocated to operate on local route 42 Derry.
