Medicine Hat Transportation Company 41 was a GMC TGH-3102 bus built in 1960. It was originally built for the Hamilton Street Railway.

It was passed on to Medicine Hat Transit in 1970. It kept its original fleet number, but had a '7' prefix added, as the emergency services department's vehicles were already numbered 0-99.
