Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority 5002 was a 2014 ElDorado National Axess BRT 40' FC bus.

5002 was delivered to the MBTA in January 2016 as a test vehicle that was expected to run with the agency for up to 2 years as part of a program involving the FTA and Nuvera, the manufacturer of the bus' fuel cells. It entered service in November 2016 out of the Charlestown garage. After a little over a year in revenue service, 5002 was removed from service following its final trips on February 28th, 2018. It was returned to ElDorado National. 5002 featured a special livery highlighting its zero-emissions fuel cell operation capabilities, with a white-silver base paint (white on top, fading to silver at the bottom) and green and blue accents/graphics.
