Lake Shore Coach Lines was an agency which provided service to the five Grosse Pointe communities and Saint Clair Shores in the Detroit area. Today, Lake Shore Coach Lines routes are serviced by Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation's 6xx routes.

- Predecessor operator was Detroit Motorbus Company from 1924-1932.
- Southeastern Michigan Transportation Authority acquired Lake Shore Coach Lines on September 1, 1971.
