Kingston Transit 9803-9810 were 1998 Orion VI (06.501) buses. They were built in August 1998 by Bus Industries of America in Oriskany, New York.
This series was originally equipped with rollsigns, and some of them still have non-functioning side rollsigns (specifically, 9806 and 9808). All buses are equipped with black coloured bike racks.
These buses have seating for 31 individuals. They are also fully low-floor.
Five units were retired in early to mid-2012, being replaced by 1253-1255 and 1256-1258. 9805 was the last bus in this series to retire; it remained as a spare unit until late November 2016.
