Kingston Transit 1687-1689

Kingston Transit 1687-1689 are Nova Bus LFS buses built and delivered in late 2016. These buses were purchased through the Metrolinx Transit Procurement Initiative as direct replacements for 9803, 9805, and 9807. All buses feature GPS tracking, installed just after delivery.
While mostly identical to 1502, these buses feature a different style of air intake grill at the rear, and were delivered with additional stop request buttons on the rear stanchions.
These buses may appear on all regular Kingston Transit routes. Occasionally, they may serve as rush-hour express runs.
