Halifax Transit's Woodside Ferry Terminal located on Atlantic Street, off of Pleasant Street in Woodside. The terminal is the newest of the three ferry terminals, however it only operates during rush hour, as the Woodside Ferry is a rush hour only service running between the Woodside terminal and the Halifax ferry terminal. A bus terminal is also located here, as well as a large parking lot.

- Escalators take people from the lower level where the docking pontoon and waiting area are located, to the upper level where the parking lot, bus terminal and main entrance is located
- There are no bus shelters at the terminal
- There is no GoTime display at this terminal
