Cities Area Transit, or CAT, is the bus system serving the cities of Grand Forks, North Dakota and East Grand Forks, Minnesota. The bus operations are contracted to MV Transportation.

Note: Bus service does not run on Sundays, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

  • 1 - Metro Transit Center to Kelly School, Tufte Manor, and Choice Health & Fitness
  • 2 - Metro Transit Center to Hugo's (13th Ave. N.), West School, Valley Middle School, and St Anne's Guest Home
  • 3 - Metro Transit Center to The Link, Altru Rehab, Red River High, and Grand Cities Mall
  • 4 - Metro Transit Center to Salvation Army, Stanford Center, N. 39th St., and YMCA
  • 5 - Metro Transit Center to Columbia Mall, Walmart Supercenter, Hugo's (32nd Ave. S.), and Grand Cities Mall
  • 6 - Metro Transit Center to Salvation Army, N. 43rd St., Memorial Union, and YMCA
  • 8 - Amberwood to Altru Rehab via Walmart West, N. 43rd St., and Memorial Union
  • 9 - Altru Rehab to Amberwood via US Post Office (28th Ave S.), Columbia Mall, Target, and Red River High School
  • 10 - Metro Transit Center to Cabela's, Northland College, Hugo's (East Grand Forks), and Sunshine Terrace
  • 11 - Metro Transit Center to Senior Citizens Center, Northland College, Hugo's (East Grand Forks), and Town Square
  • 12 - Canad Inn to 40th Ave. S. & Cherry St. via Target, Development Homes, and South Middle School
  • 13 - 40th Ave. S. & Cherry St. to Canad Inn via Altru South, Columbia Mall, and Altru Rehab
  • Night Route - Altru Rehab → Columbia Mall → Target → Walmart Supercenter → Hugo's (32nd Ave. S.) → Grand Cities Mall → Simplot → Memorial Union → Metro Transit Center → The Link → Hugo's (S. Columbia Rd.)
